Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026 · Version 1.0
Authorized use
The application is available only to authorized users. Users must protect their account, use only their assigned organization and facility scope, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Professional judgment
Checklists, references, scores, photographs, suggested classifications, and reports support professional work but do not replace site-specific evaluation, company procedures, legal advice, or determinations made by OSHA or another regulator.
Evidence integrity
Users are responsible for recording accurate observations, citations, notes, photographs, corrective actions, owners, and completion evidence. Finalized audit records are treated as immutable; later work should be documented as a new audit or authorized follow-up record.
Manufacturing limitations
The application supports internal workplace-safety assessment. It does not establish OSHA compliance, replace food-safety programs, or supersede company lockout, sanitation, quality, maintenance, emergency, or contractor-control procedures.
Retention and availability
Records may be retained according to company policy, legal requirements, safety obligations, and documented retention schedules. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect users, data, infrastructure, or legal rights.
Acceptance
By using the protected workspace, the user agrees to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable company policies.
